NORDEN FESTIVAL
At the NORDEN Festival in Schleswig 2025 participants can discover the vibrant world of natural colors during the workshop with me. Participants learn how to dye textiles with the help of beautiful flower petals, onion skins or logwood at my Bundle Dye Workshop and create their own uniquely dyed bandana. Last year 300 individual and bright bandanas have been dyed with natural dyes during three workshop days. All bandanas are upcycled from old bed sheets or old table cloths. This year I will host my workshop on the 30th of August from 2PM-6PM. More information here.
Anniversary PHÄNOMENTA
At the natural dye workshop as part of the PHÄNOMENTA's anniversary in Flensburg, participants can dye textiles with natural colors. You have the chance to create a bandana using natural dyes and gain insight into the dyeing process. Additionally, I will share interesting facts and background information about the dyeing materials and their history.
In my second activity, you'll have the opportunity to paint a cotton bag with natural colors. You can let your creativity run free and bring your very own design to life using brushes and stamps. We will also explore simple ways to change the colors and understand the scientific processes behind them. Come by and immerse yourself in the colorful world of natural dyes at PHÄNOMENTA in Flensburg.
